IndieFooter paid plans are one-time purchases. This page explains when refunds may be considered.

Eligibility

If a purchase was made by mistake, if access was not granted after payment, or if there was a duplicate charge, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review the request.

Non-refundable situations

We may decline refund requests when the product was accessed and used as intended, when the request arrives long after purchase, or when abuse, fraud, or chargeback risk is involved.

How to request a refund

Email hello@indiefooter.com with the purchase email, transaction details, and a short explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Payment processor timing

If a refund is approved, the final posting time depends on your payment provider and bank.
