These terms govern your access to and use of IndieFooter at indiefooter.com.

1. Service scope

IndieFooter lets you create a founder profile, manage product links, and sync footer content across connected websites. We may update features, limits, and plan details over time.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share access in ways that abuse plan limits or harm the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use IndieFooter to distribute malware, impersonate others, violate applicable law, interfere with the platform, or publish content you do not have the right to use.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the profile details, product names, links, logos, and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve IndieFooter.

5. Pricing and payments

Paid plans are sold as one-time purchases unless we clearly state otherwise on the pricing page. Taxes may apply. Access to plan features is granted after successful payment processing.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you think a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@indiefooter.com.

7. Availability

We work to keep IndieFooter available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted uptime. We may suspend or modify parts of the service for maintenance, security, or product updates.

8. Liability

IndieFooter is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, traffic, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or if use of the platform creates legal, operational, or security risk.
