  • Browse, preview, and customize footer templates and components.
  • Generate and export footer code for use in your own projects.
  • Access documentation, guides, and other resources provided by the Service.
  • Manage your Account and Subscription settings.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

  • Violates applicable law: including any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

  • Infringes intellectual property: reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from our Content without explicit written permission.

  • Disrupts the Service: uploading malicious code, using bots or scrapers, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Misrepresents identity: impersonating another person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with Indie Footer.

  • Harms others: using the Service to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against any individual or group.

  • Resells without authorization: offering the Service or its outputs for resale or commercial redistribution without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you engage in any prohibited activities, without prior notice or liability.

4. User Accounts

Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your Account details up to date and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must notify Us immediately at https://vamshi.pro.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Termination

You may delete your Account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate Accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period, with or without notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid Plans

Indie Footer may offer paid Subscriptions that unlock additional features and content. Details of available plans, pricing, and included features are described on our pricing page. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes.

Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

We will charge your designated payment method at the start of each billing period. You authorize Us to store your payment details and charge them accordingly for recurring payments.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Us within 7 days of the charge. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All Content on the Service — including but not limited to footer templates, design components, source code, logos, text, graphics, and documentation — is the exclusive property of Indie Footer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our Content to You.

License to Use Generated Code

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, We grant You a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate any footer code or components generated through the Service into your own personal or commercial projects. Attribution to Indie Footer is appreciated but not required unless otherwise stated.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any User Content you submit through the Service. By submitting User Content, you grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Feedback

If You provide Us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, You grant Us the right to use such feedback without restriction or compensation to You. We are under no obligation to implement any feedback.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services.

Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read these carefully before using any third-party service linked from Indie Footer.

As-Is Basis

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or its Content.

No Uptime Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or free from errors. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without notice.

Technical Accuracy

While We strive to ensure the code and templates provided by the Service are functional and well-structured, We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be free from defects or compatible with every browser, framework, or environment. You are responsible for testing and validating any code before deploying it in production.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indie Footer and its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial losses, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Our total aggregate liability to You for all claims related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount You paid to Us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Indie Footer, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your User Content or any content you submit through the Service.
  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India for the resolution of any disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal action, We encourage You to contact Us directly to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be addressed quickly through open communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Indian law, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection regulations.

12. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including — but not limited to — a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall remain in full effect.

If you wish to terminate your Account, you may do so at any time through your Account settings or by contacting Us.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When We make changes, We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, We will make reasonable efforts to notify You via email or a notice on the Service at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your Account.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Indie Footer to be valid.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between You and Indie Footer with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between You and Indie Footer.
